JRC Tapered automatic self-aligning return bracket for outdoor belt conveyors, single-axis type [JARB-T]

This return bracket, which uses tapered rollers, is effective in preventing belt conveyor belt meandering and uneven loading problems.
Because the belt has a larger diameter at the center and a smaller diameter at the ends, the difference in peripheral speed of the roller surface when the belt contacts it activates a meandering and misalignment adjustment function. The frame (F2) rotates on the side where the belt is misaligned, facilitating this adjustment function.
Because there is no indication of the direction of travel, it can be used to prevent belt meandering and misalignment even on forward and reverse-operating conveyors.
