This return bracket is effective in preventing belt conveyor belt misalignment and shifting problems.
The side rollers are tapered return idlers. The principle of how meandering and misalignment are correct is the same, but the structural difference is that the pivot axis is placed at the bottom of each of the left and right tapered roller supports, eliminating the pivot frame and improving pivot sensitivity.
It can be used on forward and reverse operating conveyors.
