SIGMAKOKI Spherical Plano-Convex Lenses BK7 Series SLB Series

This is a lens for laser experiments with a simple shape and slightly suppressed spherical aberration. It can be used to focus laser light on a detector or for imaging experiments using a monochromatic light source. This lens is made of BK7 and is used from the visible range to the near infrared range. Three types of lenses with anti-reflection coating are available: visible, near infrared, and infrared. You can select the lens that best suits your specifications from a wide variety of options, subdivided by outer diameter size and focal length. Achromatic lenses (DLB) with chromatic aberration correction are also available. *Spherical plano-convex lenses have chromatic aberration, and the focal length changes depending on the wavelength. *Plano-convex lenses have a direction in which light is allowed in. *Always allow parallel light to enter from the convex side. *Doing it the other way around increases spherical aberration, making the focused spot larger and the image appearing blurred. *Uncoated products have a transmittance of about 90% due to losses caused by reflections on the front and back surfaces of the lens.
