Description
This is a high reflection mirror with an adjustment mechanism, in which a surface precision guaranteed mirror (HTFM) is set in a kinematic mirror holder and bonded so that no stress is applied to the mirror. After the mirror is assembled and bonded in the holder, the surface precision of the mirror is guaranteed.
