This is a round filter for reducing visible light. Since it is an absorptive type, stray light due to reflection is small, and the wavelength characteristics of the transmitted light do not change significantly due to dimming. Since the transmittance is divided into fine parts, it can be reduced to various light levels. Furthermore, by combining multiple filters, it is possible to adjust the light level delicately. If an absorptive fixed ND filter is placed near a light source, the filter may break due to sudden temperature changes. If the filter is heat-strengthened, it will not break even if the temperature rises. If the filter is heat-strengthened, the dimensions will increase and there is a possibility that it will exceed the tolerance range. *Cannot be used with high-power lasers. *There is a risk of damage if used. *For high-power lasers, please use a reflective ND filter (FND). *Since transmittance characteristics are prioritized, the transmittance performance is adjusted by changing the thickness of the filter. *For this reason, the thickness varies from filter to filter (6 mm or less). *If the thickness needs to be constant, please use a framed filter (MAN). *Transmittance wavelength characteristics vary depending on the production lot. *Wavelength characteristics outside the applicable wavelength range may vary greatly depending on the production lot. *If you are using a range wider than the specified wavelength range, please use a reflective filter (FND). *ND filters do not have an anti-reflective coating, so there is about 4% reflection.
