This carrier stand is effective in preventing belt conveyor belt misalignment and shifting problems.
When the belt contacts the guide roller positioned in front of the pivot axis connecting the upper and lower double-layered frame, the frame (F2) rotates within a certain angular range. The resulting force returns the belt to the center of the conveyor, allowing for adjustment of meandering and deviation with minimal belt damage without applying excessive force.

We offer four types of trough angles: 20°, 30°, 35°, and 45°, and sizes that accommodate belt widths (BW) from 400mm to 2000mm.
