Description
A 0°-45° dielectric multi-film mirror is used when using a mirror with an incident angle of 45° or less, such as in a Michelson interferometer or an optical system that shuttles light between two mirrors. The mirror can be used at both incident angles of 0° and 45°, and a high reflectance can be obtained. An extremely high reflectance can be obtained when the incident angle is between 0° and 45°. If the incident angle is fixed, it can also be used as a broadband mirror. Since the film does not absorb light, there is little change over time and it can withstand continuous laser irradiation.
