The SingleShotProbesOne-StepKit provides high-quality RT-qPCR data via probe chemistry directly from cell culture lysates in a one-step workflow, just one hour after cell lysis. All reagents and RNA controls are included. Benefits include: 10-100,000 cell lysates ready in 20 minutes; complete removal of genomic DNA while maintaining RNA integrity; optimal accuracy and linear dynamic range of qPCR data across the entire gene; results comparable to those using purified RNA, including dynamic range; validated with PrimePCRTM assays and panels (visit www.bio-rad.com/primepcr); and optimized cell and lysate input with SingleShot RNA controls.
