The SingleShotCellLysisKit allows for the rapid generation of cell lysates suitable for RT-qPCR analysis without RNA purification. The kit acts on 10-100,000 cells in 20 minutes and offers key advantages: Lysates for 10-100,000 cells are ready in 20 minutes; Genomic DNA is completely removed while maintaining RNA integrity; Optimal accuracy and linear dynamic range of qPCR data across the entire gene spectrum; Results comparable to those using purified RNA, including dynamic range; Validated with PrimePCRTM assays and panels (visit www.bio-rad.com/primepcr); Optimized cell and lysate input with the included SingleShotRNA control.
