It supports a wide variety of samples, enabling amplification even of samples that are generally difficult to amplify. It achieves consistent amplification even with low-copy samples. High signal strength is achieved at the same excitation/fluorescence wavelengths as SYBR Green I. It supports the latest application, High-Resolution Melt (HRM).
