Please refer to the resistance change characteristics when using. *Precautions for use**When using in contact with the object to be heated, be sure to use a buffer insulation material (ceramic fiber blanket, etc.) to absorb any warping of the object due to heat. (Please refer to the included instruction manual)**Heating and cooling operate in a short time. To avoid putting a burden on the heater, surrounding parts, and insulation, we recommend using a slow heating and cooling rate. (Ideally, the heating rate should be 100°C/min and the cooling rate 200°C/min or less)**When heating from room temperature or a low-temperature atmosphere, the heater resistance value decreases and the capacity density increases, so applying the rated voltage may cause the heater to break. Use a voltage regulator or similar device to gradually increase the voltage from a low voltage when heating. **The thermal shock resistance (how much it can withstand sudden temperature changes) of the alumina substrate is approximately 200°C. Please be careful to avoid sudden and large temperature differences on the heater surface. **Use an AC power supply. **For temperature control, we recommend the SCR-SHQ-A2 temperature controller. This controller also allows for tilt control. **The heat resistance temperature of the polyimide tube is 300°C or less. If using at temperatures above 300°C, remove the polyimide tube and replace it with a separately sold insulator.
