This barcode reader can read not only 2D codes but also 1D barcodes from all directions.
This enables the input of 2-byte characters (Japanese characters such as hiragana, katakana, and kanji) into 2D barcodes.
A keyboard simulator is available for free download from the manufacturer's website.
Settings for reading ISBNs and new magazine codes, as well as settings for newline characters output after reading, can be easily configured manually.
It also features a presentation mode (object detection function) that automatically reads the code when it is held up to it.
