BIORAD Bio-educational kit

This kit is an educational kit developed primarily by experienced high school teachers. The pGLO/GFP series allows you to learn techniques such as cloning using pGLO plasmids that encode green fluorescent protein (GFP), as well as GFP protein chromatography and electrophoresis. The DNA analysis series allows you to learn about DNA structure and function, cell structure, restriction enzyme digestion, and agarose gel electrophoresis, and the PCR kit allows you to experience techniques used in agricultural and forensic medicine. The protein analysis series allows you to learn about protein extraction, separation, or analysis using techniques such as polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE), Western blotting, or ELISA.
