This product can be used with confidence for inspecting and working with electrostatically sensitive devices in environments requiring stricter electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection than typical EPA (ESD protected areas), specifically those with HBM under 100V. It is recommended for applications requiring dust management and control of particles smaller than 1μm. The patented earth connector allows for easy connection to earth/ground (EPA ground). The earth connector, which can accommodate up to five banana plugs, can connect to anything requiring electrostatic grounding, such as wrist straps and measuring instrument grounds.
