SEIKO Tools QT-2400 Quartz Tester (Alat Penguji Jam)

This is a digital step measuring device that uses a microcomputer. It can measure the step rate of high-precision quartz watches, such as quartz watches and annual difference watches, down to 1/1000th of a second.
Quartz watches measure the rate to 1/1000th of a second.
Measurement range: ±9.999 seconds/day Can measure the rate of most Seiko quartz watches.
The front panel uses a fluorescent display tube and the buttons use LEDs, making the characters easy to read.
It is about half the weight compared to the QT-2300.
