CKD Needle Valve with Adjusting Dial DVL Series

We have adopted a rotary needle valve with linear flow characteristics. The rotation Speed is displayed numerically on a dial, allowing anyone to easily and reliably control the cylinder Speed and adjust various flow rates.A linear flow rate characteristic proportional to the needle rotation Speed is obtained, and the needle rotation Speed can be displayed numerically using a dial. It's easy for anyone to adjust the values, and it's accurate. It offers high reproducibility and helps prevent adjustment errors.Adjustments can be made more quickly, and the amount of work required for setup changes and other tasks can be significantly reduced.Flow rate can be easily monitored visually, and the dial display makes it instantly understandable. It is possible to quantify work manuals. The needle is easily secured with a sliding lock lever, making adjustments simple. The mounting position is flexible, and the mounting part rotates 360°, allowing for flexible mounting and installation methods such as bottom, Side, and panel mounting, and eliminating the need for mounting brackets.
