TANIS Conveyor Cylinder Brush L24In OD4In

General purpose shaft-mount cylinder brushes each consist of polypropylene bristles that have been wound around a cylindrical metal core. The bristles are closely wound to create a dense brush face, and the core has keyed set screw end collars for mounting the brush to a steel shaft. Polypropylene bristles resist water, chemicals, solvents, oil, acids, and bases and maintain their stiffness when wet. These long, tubular brushes are typically mounted underneath conveyors to clean belts, chains, and other components. They sometimes are mounted on top of conveyors for cleaning, deburring, sorting, or positioning items.
