Description
Dual-sided GT section modified-curvilinear timing belts have teeth on both sides of the belt for a more exacting belt-to-pulley engagement. They feature a steep round tooth profile to increase contact pressure and surface area while reducing backlash in high-torque, high-speed applications. GT means "Gates Tooth" in reference to the company that originally developed this tooth design. They are used in appliances, machine tooling, and textile environments.
