SWITCH SCIENCE PCA9517ADP I2C level translation bus buffer board

This is an ^I2C level-translating bus buffer module featuring the NXP PCA9517ADP. The PCA9517ADP combines the functions of "level translation," which connects buses with different voltages; "bus buffer," which separates the load capacitance of Port A and Port B; and "bus enable," which controls bus isolation/connection. The "level translation" function allows bidirectional communication even when I2C buses with different voltages are connected to Port A and Port B (when the same power supply as the bus is applied to each port). The "bus buffer" function separates the load capacitance of Port A and Port B. This is ideal for bus masters with low drive capacity. The "bus enable" function allows you to isolate specific slave groups or individually control devices with the same I2C address. If you only want to use the bus buffer and bus enable functions without level translation, you can use the same power supply for Port A and Port B. The PCA9517ADP also supports these functions with SMBus. The Port A voltage (VCCA) ranges from 0.9V to 5.5V. The voltage of Port B (VCCB) is 2.7V to 5.5V. It has a bus enable function (bus on/off). The "EN" pin is pulled up to Port B inside the IC.
