This makes them suitable for high-end industrial applications such as IGBT driver circuits, as well as standard medical applications. RKZ isolated converters are pin-compatible with the RK and RH DC/DC converter series, allowing for easy upgrades from 1 W to 2 W of isolated output. High-isolation 2 W converter. Medically certified. 3 kV dc and 4 kV dc isolation options. UL 94V-0 package material. 84% efficiency. Ideal for IGBT applications. SIP7 package. 3-year warranty. * Isolation type: Yes.
