It is constructed with Yageo CFR25 resistors (or other suitable substitutes). The Yageo CFR series consists of a high-grade ceramic rod coated with a homogeneous pure carbon film. A spiral groove is cut into the resistive layer, and then electrolytic copper leads are welded to the end caps. Carbon film resistors are typically used in high-temperature applications.
