Power over Ethernet (PoE) is provided using the IEEE 802.3af standard. The ES series of devices offers simple networked serial port connectivity. They also feature a web interface that allows you to securely configure and control the serial port over a local network or the Internet using any browser. The devices can be accessed via TCP/IP sockets from network devices such as Android tablets, PCs, and phones.
