Description
Isolated Gate Driver Optocoupler, Broadcom. Avago Technologies' optically isolated gate drive devices are optimized to drive IGBT/power MOSFET transistors. The optocouplers feature rail-to-rail output, fast gate switching speed, high common-mode rejection (CMR), and reinforced isolation. Broadcom R2Coupler isolation products provide the reinforced isolation and reliability required for critical automotive and high-temperature applications. This isolated gate driver optocoupler is ideal for motor control and power conversion applications. It is a solution where logic signals are isolated and protected from high voltages.
