FTDI Chip FTDI Chip Development Kit Accessory TTL-232R-3V3-2MM

Specification
FTDI Chip USB-UARTFTDI Chip USB-UART cables allow you to quickly and easily connect devices with a TTL level serial interface to USB. Each cable contains a small internal electronic circuit board using the FT232R, which is integrated into the USB connector at the end of the cable. This circuit is powered from the USB using the 5V power pin, and the VCC connection is always connected at 5V dc. However, signals on this cable are TTL logic levels of 3.3V. The cable is compatible with Microsoft WHQL certified VCP drivers for Windows, and VCP drivers for Apple Mac and Linux. Features and Benefits USB 2.0 compliant Cable length: 1.8 m Data transfer rate up to 3 Mbps A unique serial number is attached, used for security purposes when transferring files over the cable Powered from the USB connector Various UART termination options available Maximum output of 250 mA at VCC Reduces USB bandwidth consumption Compatible with UHCI/OHCI/EHCI host controllers Operating temperature range: -40 to 85°C 2mm pitch connector for FTDI VDRIVE2 or VMUSIC2 modules Applications USB to serial TTL level converter Upgrade legacy peripherals to USB Interfaces Microcontroller: UART or I/O - USB Interface: FPGA/PLD - USB Interface with FTDI VDRIVE2 or VMUSIC2 modules Replaces MAX232 type level shifters to enable direct connection of products to a PC via USB USB Instrumentation PC interface USB Industrial control USB software/hardware encryption dongle Certifications CE FCC certified
