Description
Infineon's 3-channel high-side driver IC has an integrated output stage. Designed to control LEDs with current up to 80 mA. In typical automotive applications, three red LEDs can be driven with up to 60 mA or more per chain, even if not limited by the thermal characteristics of the system. The output current is controlled by an external resistor or reference, independent of load or supply voltage changes.
