IGBTs are available in power module products such as the ECONOPACK package with 1200 V collector / emitter voltage and the PrimePACK IGBT half-bridge chopper module with NTC (negative temperature coefficient) up to 1600/1700 V. PrimePACK IGBTs are used in industrial, commercial, architectural and agricultural vehicles. N-Channel TRENCHSTOP TM and field stop IGBT modules are suitable for hard switching and soft switching applications such as inverters, UPS and industrial drives. . Package style includes: 62mm module, EasyPACK, EconoPACK TM 2 / EconoPACK TM 3 / EconoPACK TM 4
