Silicon PTC thermistor KTY series from NXP Semiconductors is suitable for use as temperature sensing device in measurement and control systems. It exhibits high repeatability, predictability, and stable resistance to temperature characteristics when operating in a non-linear fashion. KTY sensors offer a wide operating range and long life, and come in a variety of package styles and initial tolerances. .Fail-safe, positive temperature coefficient Resistance/temperature characteristics are displayed in graph as semi-logarithm Low resistance tolerance (KTY81/110: ±1%)
