Description
PTFE-filled acetal homopolymer sheets and bars contain PTFE AF (amorphous fluoropolymer) fibers, increasing their strength and wear resistance and making them even more slippery than unfilled acetal to reduce friction. They also retain the enhanced impact resistance of acetal homopolymer. These sheets and bars are commonly fabricated into non-stick, high-precision parts such as gears, rollers, bearings, and thin-walled bushings.
