This is a filter performance test device with digital dust meters placed on the upstream and downstream sides of the test duct. By adopting a data processing system, performance tests such as collection efficiency and load tests can be managed on a personal computer.
By adopting a data processing system, various test items of the filter can be measured. In JIS B 9908, the light scattering integration method is applied to the efficiency test method for medium-performance filters. Compared with the colorimetric method, the measurement is easier and the reproducibility is improved. Select the dust feeder turntable according to the test concentration. A DOP particle generator can be used for the test particles of a high-performance filter. Sequence control is also possible.
