It is robust and has a sealed structure, so there is no need to worry about shavings getting inside.
The fast-forward range is 10 mm, the range of application is wide, and jigs and tools can be designed simply.
Since the tightening range is 2 mm, workpieces with tolerances up to 1.5 mm can be safely clamped.
The maximum tightening force is about 4905N. (When the maximum lever load is 400N)
Seen from the mounting hole to the jig (arrow view A), turn the ACR to the right and the ACL to the left to reveal the sleeve.
The sleeve is not hardened and can be processed.
