The Siglent SPL2016 Logic Probe Module turns compatible Siglent oscilloscopes into full Mixed Signal Oscilloscopes (MSOs) with 16 digital channels. Designed for high-speed digital signal capture (up to ~500 MSa/s), it’s perfect for embedded system debug, logic-bus decoding, and mixed analog/digital designs. Fully compatible with the SDS7000A, SDS6000A, SDS6000L, SDS5000X, SDS3000X HD, SDS2000X HD, and SDS2000X Plus series.
