This function is designed for use as an enabling switch on a teach pendant, switching to the OFF position to accommodate panic situations where it must be released or pressed. Releasing from "OFF" position 3 to "OFF" position 1 does not close the contacts. Ensures accurate contact movement and prevents contact welding. Three positioning functions (OFF-ON-OFF) required for robot control.
