RS standard pleated panel filter is a basic level filtering action in HEVAC applications or A large-capacity disposable filter that is superior to the pre-filtration effect. This product is made with patented Kimberly Clark Intrepid(R) filter media that maintains a consistent level of filtration throughout the life of the product. This standard pleated panel filter consists of a water repellent AquaKote(R) card frame with a pleated filter media pack bonded to it. AquakoteR cards have excellent tear resistance in both wet and dry conditions and are made from recycled resources. The patented Kimberly Clark filter media can also be stepped up in the density to trap dust, and the superior dust uptake capability extends filter life. This hydrophobic filter media combines constant efficiency with its own electrostatic charge capacity, excellent efficiency over particle size, and low pressure drop. Also, since it is made of long fibers, it will not fall out.
