This high-end model inherits the shape of the widely used Sakai BL-1005 electric fan-equipped respirator, but incorporates a newly developed PL2 performance-class Mighty Micron Filter. It's particularly suited to situations where welding fume concentration measurements indicate a required protection factor (a protection factor of 14 or greater but less than 33) means the respirator currently in use can no longer be used. It can also be used for other dust control measures. It features a built-in "voice transmitter" for clearer conversations, a long-lasting and economical filter, and a built-in "fit checker" for checking fit at any time. The "Mighty Micron Filter" reduces airflow resistance and reduces the load on the fan. The design is well-suited to welding masks, providing excellent downward visibility. The "auto on/off" function automatically activates the fan when you start breathing. It also notifies you when it's time to replace the battery with "rhythmic airflow."
