Description
This module converts the USB⇔I2C conversion chip CP2112 (Silicon Laboratories Single-Chip HID USB to SMBus Master Bridge) into a package that is easy to use in electronic projects. No microcontroller programming is required, and I2C-connected sensors and GPIO (8 pins) can be controlled directly from a PC application. The USB port is a 600mil DIP shape that is convenient for use with breadboards, with ESD protection and power protection circuits. The connector is an easy-to-use Type-C (USB 2.0).
