SUNHAYATO Surface Mount Component Mounting Kit (Lead-Free Type) (SMX-52)

This lead-free surface mount component mounting kit allows for precise alignment and clean soldering. Compared to previous models, it offers improved wettability and reduced solder ball formation. It easily mounts QFP ICs and chip resistors without the need for special tools. The slow-curing adhesive allows for slow and accurate positioning. This single kit can mount over 50 100-pin QFP ICs (example shown). *Please note that there is a shelf life. If not using for more than three days, store in a refrigerator between 0 and 10°C.
