NKK Switches (formerly Nippon Kaikei) Rocker Switch M Type JW Series

A fully molded locker switch with an inrush characteristic of 78A. The cover eliminates openings, making it difficult for dust to get into the contact mechanism, improving contact reliability. The switch is snap-in mounted to the panel, reducing installation labor. It meets VDE insulation grade class II, with an insulation distance of 8mm or more and a contact distance of 3mm or more, making it excellent inrush characteristics and suitable for use as a power source for equipment. An insulating wall is provided between the terminals, making the distance between each terminal larger, and considering the safety of insulation and withstand voltage. The terminal part is epoxy sealed to prevent the intrusion of flux and the occurrence of terminal rattle, further improving contact stability. Easy switching operation. Both the case and housing are made of UL94V-0 flame retardant material, and are excellent in arc resistance, insulation, and self-extinguishing properties. The compact size (18 x 27mm) contributes to space saving. The bounce reduction mechanism using an auxiliary contact plate further improves electrical opening and closing durability. The terminals are both solder terminals and tab terminals (#110).
