SUNHAYATO Double-sided adhesive thermal conductive sheet (40x40x1.0mm)

This thermally conductive sheet is 1mm thick with a thermal conductivity of 5W/m・k. Its thickness and softness allow it to be used to flatten the heat sink mounting surface even on small irregularities. It can be easily cut with a knife, making it suitable for mounting on small components. Because it is a non-silicone type, it does not emit siloxane gas, which can cause contact problems. Its insulating properties mean it can be applied to boards with chip components. By combining sheets of different thicknesses, you can install a heat sink at the same height as not only the IC but also the surrounding components.
*This product does not have the same strong adhesive strength as tape or glue. *When installing, be sure to secure the heat sink in place.
