Description
Solderability is improved by the effect of heated N2 gas. It is effective for lead-free solder with poor wettability and spreadability and high-temperature soldering, and prevents bridging from occurring even on parts that tend to occur. By emitting N2 gas evenly from the tip of the soldering iron and the tip of the nozzle assembly, it shuts out oxygen and prevents oxidation of parts and the soldering tip. Heating is more efficient than with a soldering iron alone, so the tip temperature can be lowered without improving workability or reducing workability.
