A touch sensor type is available. A capacitive touch sensor is built into the top of the indicator light. By touching the lit indicator light, you can send a signal to a higher level instead of a switch. This intuitive operation allows you to input when a task is complete or to call a manager.
This product notifies you of any abnormalities in IO-Link compatible sensors via the IO-Link master. This allows you to quickly identify and recover from on-site abnormalities, reducing downtime and improving operation rates.
You can choose from seven different colors depending on your needs. By using colors that are easy to visualize, such as "abnormal" or "work in progress," you can more intuitively judge and respond to the situation.
Equipped with digital/analog input functionality (XB specification only), it can connect sensors that are not IO-Link compatible. The indicator light functions as an I/O hub, allowing you to make effective use of devices in use on-site. The indicator light changes color according to the threshold value detected by the sensor, and this information can be sent to the IO-Link master.
The M12 connector allows for power supply and control wiring to be completed with a single cable, eliminating the need for complex wiring or specialized knowledge.
Devices connected to the IO-Link master can be managed collectively on the master side, which is useful for creating a list of spare parts and for maintenance work.
The milky lens globe makes it easy to tell whether the light is on or off, and the gentle light alerts you.
