goot (TAIYO ELECTRIC) Chip Recovery

This is an abrasive rubber made from natural materials that scrubs and removes dirt from the tip of the soldering iron.
It restores the solder's adhesiveness.
It is even more effective when used in combination with the separately sold tip refresher (BS-2).
Depending on the oxide, it may not be possible to scrape it off. In that case, replace the tip.
For removing dirt from oxidized soldering tips.
*Please perform this work when the tip is cold (at room temperature). If used at high temperatures, the rubber base material will melt.
*If the oxide cannot be removed, replace the tip.
