Omron AirflowOmron's compact and intelligent airflow sensor uses MEMS technology to measure accurate mass airflow up to 1 m/sec. The housing design is based on the centrifugal principle to separate particulates from the air. Powered from 10.8VDC to 26.4Vdc. The sensor has a 3-pin electrical connection.
