With temperature compensation, the set flow rate is kept constant even if the oil temperature changes. Models can be selected according to the movement direction of the table and the piping direction. The process of fast forward → slow forward → fast reverse can be controlled.
* Use a line filter of 10 μm or less together. *SFD-*02 has a check valve fixing mechanism. Fix the check valve when you want to throttle both the IN→OUT and OUT→IN flows. When fixing the check valve, loosen the lock nut, fully screw in the spring retainer (part number 4 in the cross-section diagram), and lock it again. The normal position for the spring retainer is one turn back from the fully screwed-in position.
