An industry-first long-life filter for oil cooling units, exclusively for the Daikin Oil Cooling Unit 9 Series. Installing "Rakfil" eliminates the need for cooling fin maintenance! The filter's microfibers effectively capture oil mist and dust. The condenser cooling fins do not clog, eliminating the need for cleaning. Increased mist capture capacity ensures a long life. Filter replacement is easy and requires no tools. Maintaining high heat exchange efficiency reduces power consumption by 25-30% compared to oil cooling units with clogged condensers.

We do not deliver to residential homes (single-family homes or apartment buildings). Both a filter and a frame are required for initial orders. For the AKZ9-OP-FR30 frame and AKZ9-OP-LF30 filter set, two filters are required per frame. Even with a new filter, installation reduces cooling capacity by approximately 5%. Check the oil pan at the bottom of the frame and drain any oil that accumulates. Note for models with a tank: The tank oil filler cannot be opened or closed while the frame is installed. To open or close the tank oil filler, remove the frame. Regarding the "No need to clean the cooling fins" statement: This applies when the mist concentration is 0.5 mg/m3. In environments with excessive oil mist or dust, cleaning the cooling fins and replacing the filter within one year may be necessary.
