Daikin Industries Rakufil (long-life filter for 10 series oil cooling units)

The industry's first long-life filter for Daikin oil cooling unit 10 series (some products are compatible with the 9 series). Installing "Rakufil" eliminates the need for cooling fin maintenance!
The microfiber filter effectively captures oil mist and dust, preventing the condenser cooling fins from clogging and eliminating the need for cleaning.
The amount of mist that can be collected has increased, resulting in a longer lifespan. Filter replacement is easy and requires no tools.
Because it maintains a high level of heat exchange efficiency, it can reduce power consumption by 25 to 30% compared to an oil-fired cooling unit with a clogged condenser.

*Both the filter and frame are required for your first order.
*For the set of Frame: AKZA-OP-FR30 and Filter: AKZA-OP-LF30A, two filters are used per frame.
*Even with a new filter, installation will reduce cooling capacity by approximately 5%.
*Check the oil pan at the bottom of the frame, and if oil has accumulated, drain it out.
*Note for models with tanks: The tank filler port cannot be opened or closed when the frame is attached. To open or close the tank filler port, remove the frame.
*Regarding the notation "No need to clean the cooling fins": This applies when the mist concentration is 0.5 mg/m3. In environments with excessive oil mist or dust, it may be necessary to clean the cooling fins and replace the filter within one year.
