Daikin Industries Oil cooling unit (AKC9 series coolant circulation type)

Since it is a separate unit, it can be installed regardless of the depth of the coolant tank. It can also be retrofitted to an existing tank. It controls the coolant temperature to within ±0.1°C across the entire load range (from no load to 100% load), contributing to improved machining accuracy. It uses Daikin's unique, highly efficient IPM motor. High energy efficiency is achieved with inverter control developed for air conditioning and the high COP characteristics of the R410A refrigerant. It uses a clog-resistant evaporator, which is easy to disassemble and clean for maintenance. The electrical box has an improved protection rating (equivalent to IP54) and sulfide-resistant electronic components, making it more durable against the operating environment. Alarm information, operating time, and more can be monitored on a computer.
