This is a proportional throttle switching valve that directly drives the spool with a proportional solenoid, detects its displacement with a differential transformer, and performs feedback control of the spool position. High-precision proportional flow control can be performed by combining a pressure compensating valve and a dedicated driver. The LEMS valve is a stack mounting type. By combining it with a dedicated reducing type pressure compensating valve (MGS) and stack mounting it under the solenoid operated valve, high precision meter-in control of the P port or meter-out control of the T port is possible.
