Made from a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) base, this is a tough, inert, highly resistant, non-flammable tape.
Its elongation rate of 75% is significantly higher than the 20% specified for regular sealing tape in JIS-K-6885, and it adheres tightly to the unevenness of the threads without tearing, forming a perfect seal.
