Maxell Super Butyl Tape

Slion Tape No. 9839 is a single-sided adhesive tape with a highly waterproof butyl rubber adhesive applied to one side of a substrate made of aluminum foil laminated with PET film.
This tape exhibits well-balanced adhesive properties over a wide temperature range, and both the base material and adhesive have excellent airtightness.
(1) Waterproofing joints in the roofs of temporary housing
* (1) If the surface to which you apply the tape is dirty, the tape will not adhere properly, so be sure to remove any dirt, dust, moisture, oil, etc. before applying the tape.
*(2) To ensure sufficient adhesion, press the tape firmly after application.
* (3) When storing the tape, keep it in a cool place away from direct sunlight and heat sources such as heating equipment.
*(4) This is not an insulating tape, so please do not use it for electrical insulation.
*(5) Do not apply the tape directly to furniture, walls, glass, PVC products, car bodies, etc., as this may cause glue residue, discoloration, or paint peeling.
* (6) This tape is not for skin application. Do not apply directly to the skin as it may cause skin rashes or leave sticky residue.
* (7) This tape is for permanent adhesion purposes and will leave adhesive residue when removed. Please be careful when applying it to anything.
* (8) This tape is not intended for holding or fastening. When fastening objects that will be subjected to continuous force, be sure to secure them permanently with nails, screws, etc.
*(9) Do not use for outdoor applications exposed to sunlight, wind, rain, snowfall, etc.
