A tricolloid pump is an internal gear pump that rotates with an external gear (outer rotor) meshing with an internal gear (inner rotor), and the tooth profile is formed by a trochoidal curve. The trochoid pump consists of a circular case, an outer disc-shaped outer rotor with teeth on the inside, and a pentagonal outer rotor and a thread-like inner rotor with four teeth that mesh with it. The drive shaft is the center of the inner rotor. The center of the inner rotor and the center of the outer rotor are eccentric. Normally, when the inner rotor rotates, the outer rotor is driven in the same direction. About rotation When the distance between the two is short, the inner crest and the outer trough mesh, but when the distance is far, the inner tooth is one less, so the three spaces formed between the outer and the outer expand and contract. It works as a pump and forcibly sucks in and discharges the liquid.
